Workshop & Company provides a workshop for rehabilitating individuals with mental health difficulties. Its principle aim is to raise individuals' self esteem and confidence through practical assignments. They produce crafts such as cards, pottery and ceramics that are sold to customers at competitive prices. Commissioned orders are welcome.

This is a great place run by really nice not patronising people. They are genuine and genuinely want to help. It is an ideal place to re-intergrate yourself into a small community and help build and boost your confidence. I have spent many months there and now have moved onto to a College. All with the help of Workshop & Company. Places I believe are by referral, so ask your Doctor about it. It can really help. I am so glad I took that what at the time seemed an enormous step. Thank you Workshop & Company.
