Unfortunately i must leave a very bad review about Epsilon. The guys there are nice only when you come to buy. Never ever come back there with ittem on guarantee. U probably will lost time and health. I tell u about my experience with overheated graphic card. I came in 1st year of guarantee(i bought computer from Epsilon with 2YEARS GUARANTEE) with broken graphic card. Straight away i told that is 100% problem with overheated graphic card but after 2 weeks people from epsilon told me that was just dust inside. So fine i took my graphic card back and what i found at home that the problem WASN'T fixed. So after couple months i back to them.( I cannot bring the computer earlier). So 2nd time after 3 !!!! weeks of holding they told me that graphic card is overheated!!! WOW. What a really proffesional guys. And what they told me that my 2 years guarantee doesn't include sending the card for replacing. But after my complaints they decide to send it. They even told me that the 2 years waranty which they gave me is just 1 year. And after do on your own.

Finally manufacturer sent credit(to Epsilon) to buy other card. I came to the shop and i cannot find any graphic card to choose. So i asked about return me the money which one manufacturer gave back to epsilon. MANAGER told me that is imposible to return me the money. He doesnt give me the option. Gave me the card which one i really doesnt want and at the end he said F**K OFF. VERY POLITE PERSON.

GOOD LUCK FOR OWNER OF THIS SHOP. YOU LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
