As soon as I arrived I found everyone very helpful, and interested in my needs.
Unlike another carpet shop that I had visited.
They even came to my home with samples to help me make a discussion.
On the day of laying the carpets, they were on time and did a great job.
Again polite and really helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble.
I am very happy with the look and quality of my carpets.
I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Amazing workers and fitters i was given a quote for my stairs and 3 bedrooms for a very reasonable price and the job got done in less than a day. I would definetley recommend them for any of your flooring enquiries and when i noticed a little fitting mistake and called the manager about it he sent a fitter straight away to cone fix my problem and any other problems but there werent

Great customer service from Antonio - However I bought a carpet, collected the item which was wrapped in plastic. Opened it to see an oil stain, when complaining to the Manager, she offered a replacement on the condition I pay for the delivery to send the faulty item back and collect the new item. After enforcing that I pay no extra cost to a fault caused by the supplier, I requested a refund. The manager has refused to refund me the money - even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to refund within 30 days of purchase.

Waldorf Carpets made the whole carpet buying, fitting, removing process SO easy I immediately did a second room! Next I will do the stairs. The workmanship was excellent and they gave me my perfect time slot. Fast, efficient, and no fuss! I could not have asked for more. Chose it, pay for it, fit it , finito. I can highly recommend them!

We've used Waldorf three times. The first vinyl was very well fitted in our bathroom and toilet. The second was a very reasonably priced carpet, reasonably well fitted throughout our new flat. The third was vinyl for our bathroom, which wasn't badly fitted, but the silicon surrounding it was very sloppy. I pointed this out to the boss and he acknowledge it, but didn't offer to put it right. On a dark brown surface the sloppy white silicon will have to be covered up somehow. After they left I discovered that they had also created a leak from under the cistern. I had to get a plumber out immediately. I rang the office and told to have a nice weekend.

To make matters worse I believe we were being charged more than the real price. On the back of the vinyl sample it said £9.99. We were told that it was 12.99 per metre due to .Brexit. Plus £85 for fitting in our bathroom. £175 in total.

We're very disappointed.

Waldorf carpets supplied and fitted carpets and bedding for twelve bedrooms in a small hotel in Victoria. I can recommend them highly on service, price, and quality. When the Director attends and helps with the work. It gives confidence and guidance to his workers.
I found the fitters excellent and very professional. They even helped to dismantle old beds before removal.

I have used this carpet shop to fit my bedroom and setting room with laminate (Wooden floor) and i am very happy with their service.

On time and fast delivery, also saved me lots of money by providing good plan and advise. I would definitely recommend the Waldorf carpet as they have professional fitters.

Ive used Waldorf over the last 15 years to install carpets and have found them to be efficient and professional. They have carpet for most budgets and there is no long waiting period.
I would definately recommend their services.

Be careful using this company, had lino fitted and it wasn't a good job. Did complain to the owner who apologised but didn't send the fitters back to replace or correct it. Found the fitters to have a "lazy, couldn't care less attitude" A definate case of if they have your money they're happy and don't care if you are.
