I unexpectedly needed some special screws to fix a cupboard in my daughter's flat in Earlsfield on the last afternoon before the Nov lockdown. I visited Earlsfield Power Tools as the only nearby possibility. The gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful, even though I only needed a small number and went out of his way to find the perfect screws for me and then would not accept any payment. Thank you very very much from me and my daughter for this generous and unusual assistance.

I needed advice and inspection of a Hitachi sander which I had purchased elsewhere. It was a very important matter to me. The representative (maybe the proprietor?) made the inspections, gave clear advice and was very re-assuring. All this in careful, concerned and cheerful manner.
