I contacted this firm to repair a broken window. I had got various quotes, they were the cheapest and said they would come the same day and do it, so I asked them to do the job. After 7 days of changing excuses and being promised they would 'do it tommorrow' they refused to do it because 'I wasn't very happy'. Not really surprising after being messed around so much. They made no effort to contact me to explain why they weren't coming, I had to chase around after them. I would not recommend them to anybody.
