The Chiswick showroom is quite disorganised looking and maybe that should be a warning - 3 weeks ago we ordered samples and despite repeated chasing and their promises of them being delivered they have simply never appeared.. . they have lost them initially and then just failed every time to do what they have promised to do. Why would this give anyone the confidence or desire to place a large order with them?
