Budda-Bag

I was really looking forward to getting a Budda Bag, I ordered a 6ft Bag online.
The website says delivery within 21 days, I made my order on the 19th of July it has now been 8 weeks. Initially I had a call after 2 weeks saying my bag would be delivered the following week, I called them to arrange delivery and was told it would be a further week as they did not have my cover in stock. I was not too bothered so waited for it to come.............................................. ....................................No Budda Bag arrived!! I called again and was told the cover would be in soon and my bag would arrive the 1st week of Sept, I complained as this was outside the 21 days and they agreed to give me 2 complimentary oobi doobi's. A day later my statement arrived and I had been over charged by £27 so I called again and was told I would be reinbursed.

The 1st week of September arrived but the Budda Bag did not! I have been calling ever since and these calls are going straight to answer phone. I have now had to involve my bank to claim my money back.

I have not yet been able to find a bad review for Budda Bag and most people have made their purchases in store.

I would not recommend making an order with them online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
