We recently called Absolute alarms to provide us with an estimate to fully install a Burlgar Alarm.

The service we received was absolutely first class, from my initial meeting, which helped us to clearly understanding our security needs, through to the final planning of how and where our system and its components would be installed.

Following our agreement to go ahead, and with the upmost efficiency, we had all the paperwork, outlining our agreement through the letterbox the following morning.

We were also keen on turning this arounf fairly quickly, and again, the team were able to facilitate us as very short notice. The two engineers who arrived on the day were very well presented and did nothing short of the professional job you would expect.

We had a small teething problem after the install (because of our dog!). I called the office the following day and we had an engineer back straight away to help us resolve our issue.

A great service, a great firm, and the people most definately make your experience a personal one.
