I left my Panasonic TV with Jai Electronics because it kept turning itself off. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with it [it was the box] and although they had it for some days to give it a thorough testing, they refused to accept any payment. Incredible people!

I had my 65" Samsung LED TV go last week. Took it into Jai Electronics after a recommendation from a friend. They provided me with a Free TV repair estimate (other companies wanted to charge just to take a look at the TV) and came back to me with a quote and the TV repaired in under 1 week. Fantastic service and staff. Shall definitely use again whenever I have any electronic item go. Thanks for all your help Jai. PS They have a new black shop front at the back of an estate agent now.

Fantastic TV/Audio repair service!!! Had lightening hit my house and blow all my electronics (TV, Stereo, Microwave). The team at JAI Electronics repaired the lot and were brilliant, honest and well priced. All working perfectly now. Cheers guys.... : )

My Plasma TV went on the blink a few weeks ago and I was not sure where to take it as the 12 months manufacturers warranty had gone. I took it to a few repair places and had quotes that would not substantiate the repair. I then got recommended Jai Electronics through a friend who had used their services before. Although small, the staff were friendly and helpful (I think they are a family run business). They booked in my TV and gave me a free quote on the repair. The quote was good and a lot less than a replacement TV of the same quality... So I got the repair done. The TV is working like new now and they have provided a 3 month guarantee on the parts they replaced. Overall a very pleasant friendly and helpful service. Thanks Jai!!! :o)
