Brilliant, thank you Massey AV. Very pleased with my TV. I love it. I also bought a set of headphones unfortunately I did have to exchange them. This was not a problem. All staff were very helpful and polite. Fantastic shop and staff defiantly use them again and would highly recommend.

A perfect example of why a small business should go bust. In this current climate, their customer service is so unbelievably poor....I went here to support a local firm. The initial service was terrible, and when the goods were substandard, they refused to give a refund....When asked who I could complain to, they refused to give me the director's name. I later found out that he was the director and stood and lied to my face as he is such a coward.They are not interested in you, your custom or future custom! Avoid like the plague, I hate to say it but shop at one of the big boys. It has put me off shopping with local firms for good.
