Service is poor; the guys there don't particularly know their technology but that's maybe OK as IT is a complex topic. But their ability to ignore customers who are waiting for help is spectacular. Now that the Sony shop has closed down, is this the worst service in Richmond?

I'm a geek, I love technology but I won't use this store. When you call them to find out if they have stock, you get placed on hold until someone else picks up the phone (who has no idea who you are). The staff are disinterested, poorly trained and they never have stock. It is so frustrating that I won't go back there again. Their Currys Digital online service is awesome and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Pity about the store experience. This could damage their brand.
