Curry’s in Brixton need more staff and they need training. Dreadful place- gives me hives. Never again.

Dreadful. No real customer service, never any floor staff top help and those working are UNBELIEVABLY slow, unfriendly and clearly hate their jobs or have little to no training.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, the security guard was more helpful than any of the staff . Three members of staff standing at the counter just talking. When I asked any of them for help they just walk past you as if you're not there. I let them know my review won't be good but it's truthful. What is the manager of the store doing.how can you make money for a company, when the customers are walking out of the store.mabye they need to retrain the staff in customer service. Thanks.

Absolutely dreadful customer services. DO NOT BUY ANY KIND OF AFTERCARE PLAN BECAUSE YOU'LL FIND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS IT JUST WHEN YOU NEED IT. I've just spent 3 hours trying to get Currys customer services people to help...but they're based in South Africa and don't have a clue how to help. I've spent nearly £300 on a Coverplan service which has proved utterly useless. Shop somewhere else!!!!

Need enough proper trained staff to deal with the public quickly as they have a profit making private parking contractors who issue parking fines throw the post to genuine unsuspected customers parked in their car park who can't get served in time?? I bought a television and vacuum cleaner from the Brixton store and got a Parking notice for £70-00
Not happy with the television either as it's not any good for my boat
