This Curry's branch is a joke. I reserved and Item online to pickup from this store. Everything was fine until I got there. The lady at the paypoint entered my reservation number and made an order from the storage room. I paid. A girl went to check, but that turned out to be an ex-display item. She asked if I wanted it I said fine get me that. The cashier asked another staff to go and sort this out. The staff was clueless and asked another person, probably a manager. The manager was just lazy or just did not get it the night before refused to do anything at all. Basically they were passing their responsibility around.
At the end I just got the refund and went home. It was a waste of time to come there for nothing.

Poor customer service at this branch of Curry's. If you buy something which turns out to be fauly, they ignore the sale of goods act and give you the runaround with one excuse after the other. Best to avoid this particular branch, especially if buying an expensive item.

I am trying to find out the store opening time and there is none in your website,I think it is one of the basic but necessary information to be included in any web page. I hope you will consider making it easier for the future.
