This Curry's branch is a joke. I reserved and Item online to pickup from this store. Everything was fine until I got there. The lady at the paypoint entered my reservation number and made an order from the storage room. I paid. A girl went to check, but that turned out to be an ex-display item. She asked if I wanted it I said fine get me that. The cashier asked another staff to go and sort this out. The staff was clueless and asked another person, probably a manager. The manager was just lazy or just did not get it the night before refused to do anything at all. Basically they were passing their responsibility around.
At the end I just got the refund and went home. It was a waste of time to come there for nothing.
