I have been eating at You restaurant for 16 years and have always enjoyed your food.
I also take home your Escovitch fish. Which I love. As you make the best tasting.
However yesterday myself and cousin bought some fish yesterday. It was my cousins first time and all we could say was it was bitter tasting. I can’t bring them back as I live to far away. It may not even be your staffs fault. I will still buy your fish. I thought you needed to know.
Maybe one staff member could have a taste before selling to public.
