I have used Luigi's mail order service on several occasions and my buying experience has been excellent with every purchase. I come from an Italian background with a very strong appreciation for quality authentic Italian food and can also confirm that Luigiís scores highly in this department.

Having lived in fulham for 15 years and frequented Luigi's during that time i feel i am able to comment on it. NEVER EVER buy white truffle or any truffles from there or anything that may require honesty and weighing. We ordered 70g of fresh white truffle as a present for my father in law this was presented to my husband in a sealed tuppaware container having been sealed by Francis before hand. 70g was then written on it. They charged £3 per gram so my husband paid £210. When we returned home and weighed it on an electric scale it only read 50g. Our scales were checked & double checked with other items. Needless to say they cheated us out of 20g, £60. What an underhand buisness and i recommend people dont buy things from liars.
