Wow. I just phoned them to order a pizza. At first the guy says hello ...and then I get about five words out and he interrupts me with some indistinct mumbled sound. Then I start again and ask if he can hear me OK. He says yes (in that kind of very thick accent that inspired no confidence at all) and so I start again. I get about six words out this time before he stops me and says "hold one minute", and then I get silence. And I'm left hanging on the phone. I wait ...and wait ...and wait some more, but nothing.
So, I hung up and posted this review. What an absolutely dreadful service!
(Maybe if I spoke Urdu I'd have been OK.)
To my knowledge, you were rude on the phone and were not making sufficient sense. I highly doubt it has absolutely anything to do with you being unable to speak Urdu. This is because mthe majority of staff are bilingual, speaking both English and Bengali, so I suspect they would not have understood you if you spoke Urdu anyway. Irregardless, the reason why you phoned us was because you know how delightful our pizzas are. And on this occasion, can I apologise for not being able to serve you our delicious pizza. I intend to make sure that all SENSIBLE orders are taken and delivered in time. However, it is not advised that you phone us when you are obviosly under the influence of alchohol or crack or any other intoxicating substance. Thank you for your comment.
