i took my laptop in to be fixed. when i got it back after a few weeks the problem resurfaced. when i took it back, he refused to fix it even though it was still under guarantee. do not go there.

CYBERGATE offers a FREE diagnosis and advice prior to fixing your equipment. i took my laptop ONLY for a free diagnosis, and they opened it and started to repair it without my authorisation. Now they won't give it back to me unless I pay 150 pounds, amount that was NEVER even mentioned. I ONLY wanted a free diagnosis first, before deciding wether I wanted to use their services or not, and they completely violated my rights as a customer. I advice you NOT to leave any of your equipment with them. Now I even had to start a legal process to get my laptop back.
