Lotus

I will never ever go into that shop again. Over the years I have spent a lot of money in that shop but the lady refused to accept a "UPS" return parcel to Amazon even though it was only 16:55 (five to five) and advertised on UPS as open until 10:pm. She said finished for today come back tomorrow even though she could see that I am disabled she just waved her hand in a gesture to leave the shop and said tomorrow. Nasty lady........

Lotus is a great business I have personally seen the business myself delivering great customer service and satisfaction they have great friendly staff on hand and quickly evacuate customers when they come to buy a product the service is quick and efficient so that they do not have to go through the pain of waiting.
