Supposed to open at 10am this morning 31/12, I had come specially to buy a gift for my goddaughter who I was meeting for coffee. By 10:30 6 people waiting on the street including a delivery-man and still nobody had turned up to open the shop! Result - (1) I gave up and shopped at nearby Neal's Yard - really if you can't get out of bed in time to open on time (10am NB, not exactly early) how can you expect business. (2) I was half an hour late for my poor goddaughter.
I have rated it 1 out of10 only because this site won't accept 0.
Advice - go elsewhere.
