Got seen straight away. Approached by a hairdresser who was dressed very scruffy which was disappointing to see. Whilst sectioning my hair with the comb she poked the metal end very near my eye and did not even apologise for it and kept talking to her colleague. I was left with a red scratch I was very angry. Terrible service, scruffy staff and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!!
