Headmasters

I have been a client of Headmasters Putney for the last 10 years. During that time there have been minor irritations to contend with . Today I feel I need to offer some constructive criticism.
It is best not to phone the client on the day offering no alternative and suggest she cancel. This came after I had changed my appointment a couple of days ago, at HEADMASTERS request.
If you have to change a clients appointment , keep a record as to whether the client has been asked to do the same a short while ago!
This is the 3rd time in so many weeks, I have been asked to do the above.

Always consistent, always reliable.. until now. I've been coming here for ten years because the standard of stylist and colourist has always been high until now that is. After an upsetting experience which left me in tears, terrible colour and a shoddy cut, I hope they screen their itinerant employees better in future. I for one will not be returning!

First time here, but found it to be thriving, lively, and with a good atmosphere.

I went for a gents cut, on the recommendation of my sister who thinks this place is blinding. Given the reviews I saw on hear, I went with a cautious view of the place.

However, it was surprisingly one of the best haircuts I've ever had. The stylist new exactly what he was doing, and took a great deal of care in finding out what I wanted, and giving a superb cut & style. No rush, no hassle, and must have spend about 30 minutes making it just right. All for the bargain price of £18, since I booked using the "Stand-by Appointment".

Personally, I'll be going back here again.

Horrific, my hair has been irreparably damaged by these people. They have bleached the hell out of my hair when they were meant to be adding low lights. When I was in tears at the cash desk and said I shouldn't have to pay for what I didn't want they said I couldn't leave without paying and they wouldn't fix it until I did. I'm horrified at the terrible customer service but more at the lack of any skills as hairdressers. I wasn't even offered a toner to help and had to pay full price for utterly ridiculous hair. I couldn't despise this hairdressing chain any more.

Would consider myself a loyal customer of Headmasters since 2005 but recent two experiences both at the Wandsworth Branch have lefte me close to tears! I am giving however the brand name the benefit of the doubt and now looking for an alternative salon to Wandsworth..... after reading the anonymous comments on here I think however I will give this salon too a wide birth!

Worst ever experience. first and last time, the woman who did for me is supposedly a senior consultant, but she is no where senior, took a lot of time to finish, and didn't know what she was doing. I don't recommend this place especially if you are planning to go for color.
