really awful service - they were more interested in selling me a frame than one that fits properly - they sold me one thats too small for my face!

I wouldn't recommend this optician to purchase glasses from, although the quality of the eye check itself was very good.
As reported previously, the sales staff are very pushy and keen to sell you the most expensive frames. Luckily I knew exactly what I wanted which weren't the most expensive, so the staff quickly lost interest in me.

I can't agree more with the first review.
Pushy sales only introduced me the most expensive lenses and told me that the only ones I could use.(Later in the same day I found out it's not the truth. I could use the lenses almost half of the frice.) She gave me a pair of contact lenses for frames selecting. After I finished my payment and was about to go out of the store, she said 'I gave you that contact lenses for free . So I can't let you wear it out of our store.' She said that before she gave me the contact lenses. I thought she must be joking. Anyway, I was forced to go inside, take the contact lenses off, and throw them into bin.
The next day I went to their store and complained to their manager. What I got as a compensation actually was nothing but the offers they have at the moment, plusing a 25% voucher. The manager also 'forgot' to give me the voucher. Anyway, I have no use with the voucher.
I do not like their dishonesty. If they pursue profit so eager, I will doubt the quality of their glasses and following up services.

Poor, very pushy salespeople, unreliable and keep you waiting. If you want a simple easy going accurate service avoid.
