I visited my branch Kilburn on the weekend after being in a panic from breaking my glasses. Francisco was soo helpful and attentive and sorted out my glasses after telling him i had presentations at work too. He is the best! Can't thank him enough x

From meeting the man doing my eye test , sorry can’t remember his name ! To seeing Dani, the lady helping me with picking the frames.

Both very informative, helpful & personable.

Dani in particular , was lovely!

I went today for my eye test
Normally this is a good store but I would certainly NOT recommend during Covid!
There is a reception but the guy kept on leaving and people slipping in the door unchecked
At no point did he instruct people to use the NHS track and trace app to check in!
There were people walking around trying on glasses and putting them back on the shelf after.. incredible as all optical stores I have been into clean them after each client has handled them
The store was too full
I had to leave as it was total chaos

Went in for my appointment and when I said I wanted to buy and pay for another pair so I had a spare set, the person serving me rolled her eyes an huffed as if she was annoyed about this. I tried several glasses on and was laughed at by staff over the way they looked on me which made me feel very uncomfortable and put pressure on me to buy ones I wasn't sure about.
on another occasion, I was asked to wait by a gentleman and he said he would be with me next. I waited for him only to see him get his bag and leave for lunch.
Those completing the eye tests were very friendly and professional and one lady at the till was also helpful.
I was also pleased with the waiting time and the helpful manner that the lady serving me treated me with. She was also very accommodating when trying to find an appointment that suited me.
I am happy but certain things could be done to make customers more comfortable

Excellent service from the team, I was told the store is under new management and the old optician sunny has left, however still great place to get your eyes tested and great selection of frames, walked away with two pairs for the price of one.

Complete chaos, they have wasted the time of my partner 3 times now, a staff seem to be always off but they don't inform you so you turn up and are told to go away?
Truly hopeless.

They need to stop rushing people they gave me glasses to big did not complete eye test told me not to worry i disagree with the person who states excellent they are probably staff. I wish i stuck with boots

I totally disagree with these people on here, Ive been a Customer at Kilburn Specsavers for over 10 tears now and never had a problem. Sunny is my Optician and he is Excellent, friendly and would do anything for you. Also all the staff are the friendliest in Kilburn and many other shops Ive been.

I agree with the other reviewer. They got my contact lens prescription wrong twice in a row and both times tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favour by giving me contacts of the correct prescription from the store. Their appointments always run late as well.

This is the worst specsavers ever. Totally rude and unprofessional, the service is extremely bad. They have too much staff with too much time and little or no experience in eye care and customer service. They misplaced my friends glasses and told her that it was not their problem. They told me that I had to have a contact lens test even though I had already had one and had just purchased contact lenses the previous month which they said was not on their system. Because of them I have to use another specsavers, but I advise anyone to be cautious of them and not to use them. Definitely avoid them at all costs.
