Been a customer since 1996, never had a reason to consider going elsewhere.

What I liked most about P. Shah opticians service is that ,despite its city location,from the moment I walked through the door, it felt like a genuine family business. Mr Shah and his staff were very friendly and patient.The quality of the care that I received throughout my visit was excellent and extremely professional. As lenses are fitted on site, this meant that my glasses were ready within 24 hours which I found especially convenient. I would recommend Mr Shah with absolute confidence.

I ordered my glasses late Wednesday afternoon and received them Friday lunchtime. Absolutely faultless, and the fact I had a difficult prescription made it all the more brilliant. No complaints here, I am a fan.

A lovely old-fashioned optician, I have been going to him since I moved to London five years ago and recommend Mr Shah very highly.

I have been very pleased with the service I have had from Mr Shah and his staff. I was very impressed with the eye test he gave me and how he could define exactly the problem with my astigmatisms. He told me last a few weeks ago that he has been at this site for 25 years and his experience really shows as did his enthusaism for solving my sight problems!

I've been using Mr Shah as my optician for the past 10 years and would thoroughly recommend him. My eyes were in real trouble when I first went to him as I'd been over-wearing my contact lenses. He sorted that out and since then has always kept me up to date on new products that will help my eyes. He's always friendly and remembers all your details when you visit. A great optician. Very reasonable prices too.

Did an eye test for glasses with me, though I specifically asked for one for lenses and I ended up paying for both.
Didn't remember me when I came in 3 days later to pick up the lenses.
The prescription I finally got (and the lenses for one month) had values that were slightly off and they corrected it the next time I came in.
