I was recommended by an article in the Financial Times about barbers in London and really happy with results.

I'm not sure of the guy that saw me but thank you. Gf and friends loves the new cut. Feeling very happy and confident. First time I had a head treatment and will try another next time. Thanks again

I went to Melogy after receiving a groupon gift for my birthday in November.
When i walked into the reception area it was nice to be greeted so pleasantly, you don't get that much in London.
I was then greeted by a young man who took me through to the old style barber chair.
He consulted about any problems I had shaving and offered advice on my ingrown hairs.
The shave was fantastic, very refreshing and better than the last place i went to in mayfair.
The cut was pretty easy as i only have a short back and sides but the scalp treatment worked a treat, my hair felt soft for a long time afterwards.

Will be going back again :)

All rather disappointing! Booked an 'Expert Shave, Consultation, Scalp Treatment, Haircut' and was really looking forward to it. Place is pretty nice, great location etc I was told the whole thing should take around 90 mins so expected full consultation, suggestions, leisurely shave etc I was out of there after about 45 mins with an average shave and pretty bad haircut - will give it a couple of days but probably gonna go to usual barber and see if he can fix it up... "Scented towels" for the "expert shave" were scented of exactly that - damp towels!! think of the one you leave in your gym bag... Clove-oil they used was pretty good but he didn't spend the required time brushing the bristles to soften them. I often get a wet-shave and this must count as one of the most mediocre. Expert scalp treatment consisted of him rubbing something in my hair for 30 seconds, no explanation/discussion and then going off and checking his text messages. Guy really wasn't very interested in what i actually wanted and did lots of 'flouncing' and 'flourishing' which i'm sure he thought made him look rather technical and expert. Unfortunately this resulted in a rather uneven cut which will take ages to grow-out. If you want to treat yourself to a wet-shave, sharp cut there's plenty of places in london that offer these at a high-standard - sadly melogy just doesn't live-up to it's own hype.
