As far as West-Indian Barbers and Afro-orientated Barbers go, this is the most-organised one I have come across, they allow for online-booking which, most of the time they are exact; if you arrive on time you will get your place exactly for that time. They perform professional cuts and hairstyles; on top of having a fairly good amount of attention to detail towards customer service, i.e. having flannels to wipe your face after you are finished to wipe stray hairs of your face and give yourself a preliminary wipe down so its as uncomfortable on your travel back.

However, there are some distateful habits displayed like, answering the phone whilst working on someone's hair and continuing to do so even though they are on the phone. Having a conversation whilst continuing to cut someone's hair with their eyes focused on the individual they are talking to not the customer they are operating on.

If they improve these aspects it's a ten out of ten from me.

Faisals is the most organised and friendly barbershop in London. I've recently opened my own shop and constantly call their shop for advice. Faisals is an example to all and if I can get my shop to be halfway as good as faisals I will be very happy!

Friendly, Well Organised and helpful. Very good at their jobs too. Just let them know what you want and it will be done.

The barber cutting my hair was a bit rude and cut my hair as quick as he could (under 10mins), not taking much care. Did a bad job. The other barbers looked to be taking more time/care...treat all customers well or they won't be your customers any more.

This may have been a one off event.

As a client of Faisal's for 15 years or more and one of the few women, I never feel uncomfortable or nervous. There’s a professionalism that permeate throughout. You feel confident that you will always get a excellent hair cut. If your usual barber is away rest assured the cut will be of the same h

I have been using this barbers for a looong time, it is a very clean, well respectful business, nearly always an open topic of conversation that all can join in or just listen, like a community in a community, and no one ever seems to offend anyone.

They cater for their clients, music, big screen TV, even a games station, while you wait or stay and chill for a while (as long as you have had or going to have a haircut/shave etc)

There are few places I go and can close my eyes and feel safe, but put me in the chair and off I go, as I know when I wake the cut makes me smile all the while, so big up Faisal, Craig, Tim, Kingsly,Creeper (there is a new one but not sure of he,s name yet, but he must be good to have a chair in there).

I would recommend these barbers to anyone.

They are the most organised west indies barber shop i've ever been to cut my hair, the environment is friendly and the barbers are naturally good with the trends of new hair styles and traditional old school barbering. They are compared to none in london Afro-carrebean barbers,,, A visit will convince you folks!
