Excellent customer service and bought a total of three suits and a raincoat from here and was happy with all of the items which I think I bought in two different transactions. The gentleman there whom I think is called Lee is very knowledgeable and helpful and I was there many years ago so it is nice to know that the shop is still there. Will definitely be going back to them soon.

I went in to have a look and the service was very good. They were very happy to spend time with me, suggest alternatives, and not be too pushy. Lee in particular was very helpful and the experience was very good overall.

Absolutely superb service. Friendly polite, engaging and informative. Bought a great pair of Loakes at a good price. Excellent range of stock and sound advice: I learned that a leather sole should be worn for two months before applying a stick-on sole to protect it. That way the shoe has time to expand and mould to the foot. I would recommend this shop unreservedly. If I had taken the guys name I would have said speak to him personally - anyway, go there. You won't regret it. And you will go back, guaranteed.

Would highly recommended , the shop had a wide range and offers good personal assistance without any hassle.
I can never find a suit that fits but the assistant certainly knew his stuff and what style would best work.

The gentlemen that helped us was very nice and did a great job showing what he had for a big man 48L with an 8 inch drop.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I recieved in their moorgate store, the staff took a considerable amount of time to assist me,they gave me honnest advice and listened to my needs. as such I left having purchased 2 very nice suits and an overcoat, I will continue to use this store and will recommnend it to colleagues and friends.

We were served by a very pushy rude and cocky staff member, trying to hard sell suits that didnt fit properly and then charge extra for alterations. Very unpleasant experience. We are glad we walked out with nothing. I suggest some customer care training for staff.

They need to learn about the Sale of Goods Act 1979, especially where it says "...that the goods supplied under the contract are reasonably fit for that purpose..."
