We had a lot of trouble finding exactly what we wanted for the wedding. I had visited most shops on Green Street with my family and my fiancé separately yet we were all slightly dissapointed to find that each shop we went to was offering the SAME styles and same designs, almost like they all buy off the same manufacturer. This was a problem for me because I wanted something that was less traditional and a bit different. My fiancee however was more annoyed that there was no shop she had been to that offered a more luxury bridal experience as opposed to the ready made dresses we had seen everywhere, as she wanted everything to be TEXTBOOK perfect - yet there was no Asian bridal shop we had found that offered anything which came close to that. That is until a friend of the family recommended Chiffons. The experience we had we feel could not have been emulated anywhere else. It was almost like we were treated like family. The owner Babs was lovely and it was comforting for her to have so

Got married in 05/19 in Italy and we can not be grateful enough to Chiffons and bub for everything they have done to make our week special.
Did not expect the quality and the service that we got, bubs you know your stuff. If you want something specific & different I would really push for you to pay a visit....
it was actually my parents who persuaded me to visit as they got their wedding clothes made here 30 years ago .. the fact that Chiffons is still around and still in touch with fashion to make something so modern and unique so mny years later for me and my wife is speechless. Bub hope you're around in another 30 yrs for my children.. lol :)

All my freinds shpped here and there outfits were all amazing.

I had heard so many great things about Chiffons London from various friends and family members and these proved to be nothing but true. The staff at Chiffons were very responsive and always willing to help and most of all, my dress came out beautifully - just as I wanted!

The team at Chiffons were perfect in tailoring my wedding dress in such a unique way. Unlike other, asian bridal shops, Chiffons provide Haute Couture standard clothing and tailored garments to fit each part of your body perfectly. This is a result of the longer time range which came with it but was absolutely worth it.
Not only are Chiffons exceptionally professional in the way they work, they also go out of their way to make your wedding day perfect and the owner, came to my house to ensure that everything was perfect.
I'd highly reccomend Chiffons to anyone who is looking for something different and classy. Thank you for making my day special.

My visits to Chiffons were extremely pleasant and resulted in my dress coming out exactly as designed. Not only do Chiffons cater for asian fashion, they are extremely capable of providing for dresses of all suitability and functions. Incidentally, they also specialise in mens garments and clothing which my Husband adored. I'd like to emphasise on the wide variety of clothing which Chiffons provide and the skilful, exemplar way in which they worked.

Chiffons were extremely capable of providing for my needs and were perpetually kind, courteous and flexible throughout my visits. The staff were pleasant to associate with and were extremely professional in the way they dealt with situations.
My dress, although taking long to arrive, was beautiful and was specifically tailored to fit my body perfectly. It was everything that I could ever dream of and I would like to give a huge thanks to the staff at Chiffons London, for making my wedding period as smooth and stress free as possible.

My visit to Chiffons was delightful, and my wedding dress arrived EXACTLY how I hoped it would. The owner, was extremely helpful and her knowledge aided me in making correct decisions regarding my outfit choice. In addition to this, the staff at Chiffons were extremely congenial, and were incidentally very friendly - making sure that we were well looked after throughout our continual visits.This was our first visit to Chiffons and I will DEFINITELY be returning.

Bubs Mahil and the rest of the team at Chiffons were very professional. They gave me good advice, put me at ease and most importantly - my outfit came just as I wanted it, exceeding all my expectations!

Chiffons made my wedding dress and before taking the deposit were very friendly and agreed how the dress would look. While in the making as things started to go wrong if I asked any questions about the dress they would either ignore me saying they have appointments so can't see me even if I'm in the shop or become very defensive and have even raised their voices with very unpleasant tones. a more professional tone would go a long way. The dress was not ready until the day before the wedding leaving no time for alterations and was not as agreed. Agreements should be realistic when made.

Despite offering a bespoke/couture service, it really does not live up what you would expect from a "high end" retailer. The items, albeit quite nice, do not make up for the mountain of failures i encountered. My order was taken, took 4 months to arrive! They charged extra for the standard embordiary. They took my measurements but when the item arrived it was massive. They ruined what was supposed to a boat neck to a round neck (and couldnt understand the difference!!) The staff are incredibly rude and have dont have any idea about good customer service. All in all very very upsetting.

I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding which turned out exactly as it was designed. However it took over 3months to receive. Constant excuses from the staff. In the end I received it 2 days before the wedding. After the wedding I asked for it to be tightened and that alone took over 4 weeks and I didn't receive the dress in time for the function I was attending. Staff were not apologetic and did not seemed bothered. Always seem to blame their tailors. Too expensive for what they do and need some customer service lessons. Wouldn't really recommend them.

My family and I have shopped at chiffons twice now for different family weddings.
both times we were told that we would need to wait 6 weeks for the outfits (which is far enough), however on both occasions we came to collect/try the clothes they had not arrived. Very diaspointed as we traveled 200 miles.
Also very very expensive, with a simple suit costing £300 +.
have to wait a long time to be served, and the service you do recieve is often unprofessional. Would not reccomend!

If you are looking for somthing unique, classy and elegant then Chiffon is the place to visit. It is very upmarket and the owner (Bubs) is a fantastic designer and excellent at what she does.

Bubs Mahil had a very calm approach, she imediately put me at ease, taking into account my likes, dislikes and most importantly my budget. Everything was taylor-made to suit my needs. The outfit took about 3 months to make but it was definately worth the wait. I could not have asked for a better service and most importantly a superb wedding outfit. I would highly recommend Chiffon to any brides to be, the price is definately worth it.
Relatives and friends still talk about my outfit which makes me feel great that I had chosen the perfect place for a perfect bridal outfit.

I have ordered a few outfits from Chiffons. They have some pro's and con's
PROS -
You get good quality modern asian clothing, from bridal, saris, suits, dresses, sari dresses. Every piece is unique. Bubs Mahil (the owner) custom designs every piece.
CONS -
It usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks to make any outfit. For Bridal, it takes about 3-6 months. The staff are not very professional. Its a very busy shop on Saturdays, and takes a long time to get served and order clothing.
It is VERY expensive. For a plain sari, prices start from £400+
Bridal outfits are around £2000+
