Body basic had some lovely stuff. But they are way too pricey. Most of their stuff I can found them in fountain road for half the price. Some items are not good quality at all. They should do refund as they do not have a changing room and they have a shop in Liverpool street not in the Market place, they issue receipt so why not refund and be honest to customers. Staff was very unfriendly at some point.

It's an outrage that they are closing down ! Such a great shop - Lovely staff.

I have bought a lot of clothes and accessories from here and love the original designs. I only had one problem with a dress that was a manufacture problem but they exchanged this and went out of their way to help. I find the staff very helpful and friendly but the amount I have bought from there I'm almost part of the furniture now!

I Love Body Basics!

All there clothes and handbags, everything is my style! i get all my handbags from there!

Reading other reviews about the shop about it being over stocked. It's a small store and yes it can get crowded when its peak times with trains! but the clothes are amazing

the staff are friendly and so helpful.

they only do exchange or credit note. which is fine as i've never taken anything back. but refund would be good incase i did.

other that that what an amazing shop!

Nice things, but too much stock for the size of the shop. The products are expensive for what they are but there are some nice pieces. Needs fewer products in a wider range of sizes (saw several things I'd've bought if they'd been the right size) and DEFINITELY a changing room.

Agree with the comments above about the shop looking appealing, but also agree that goods are poor quality and that service is very poor, rude and unprofessional. Would never go back.

Must say at 1st glance a thouht it was a lovely shp, however after having problems and attitude from the patronising staff I would recommend you stay well clear. I think their returns policy needs changing as they have no changing room and most customers are not local but passing through!

This shop had so many gorgeous items in it that I didn't want to leave.. I cam away with a beautiful blouse but I think the price were a little to high for the items they were selling... but great service and a cool little shop !

I bought a pair of boots and the heel fell off after a month it was stuck with glue they exchanged it and the same happened again in westfield to my embarresment. When i took it back the assistant was patronising and would not refund only creditnote note. I have spoken to consumer direct and they have advised me that the owner should have offered half of my cash back which they didnt. I have not the time to keep on calling them as i work away alot. I have found the clothes etc to be not off good quality and overpriced also the staff very patronising. Would never shop their again i have also 2 colleagues at work had the same problem so would now shop at proffessional shops such as acessorize. PLEASE AVOID BODY BASICS AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money in this shop. Most of their items look gorgeous from afar but look up close and the quality is terrible - i have just bought a knitted long sleeve top with beads sewn all over the front for £30, i havent worn it even once and just from hanging in my wardrobe the beads have started dropping off one by one. TERRIBLE quality and DREADFUL customer service. As mentioned in other reviews they do not refund but only exchange, and kick up a stink about this too. I have thrown away my tag for this item (as i tried it on when i got home, it fitted so i hung it up and threw the tag away) - and of course now they wont accept it back even though it is unworn and i have my receipt. Such a shame because their stuff looks lovely when you walk passed - but 4 garments later believe me when i say dont waste your money - its better spent at Primark! I will never shop there ever again.

they stock genuinely great handbags at all prices - I tire of them before they wear out and they get a considerable bashing on the trains/tubes. They also stock some great heavy and unusual necklaces although these are not always so reasonable in price ! - very pleasant shopping experience.

As cute as some of their clothes are, theyre ridiculously overpriced for what they are. £60 for a dress you could quite easily find at Camden market? No thanks.

My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes from this shop last week and within days they were unwearable. Regrettably, Body Basics refused her a refund or replacement despite being presented with a receipt, and were extremely rude in the process.

Their things might look gorgeous, but they are really tatty knock-offs by the looks of things, and their customer service is awful.

FANTASTIC!! Love Body Basis. they have so many gorgeous things and often very few of each, so not very likely to run into someone with same clothes as you. LOVE IT.
