5 years later and they still don't answer the phone! They're losing a lot of customers by being too lazy to pick up a phone. Going into the shop isn't much better as most of the staff are miserable, rude, complacent, and lazy and just look like they couldn't be bothered. It really puts you off shopping there. Would rather shop online and pay extra for p&p!
