I had a lovely experience in the Chiswick High Road store 1 August. I am an older demographic than is the target for the store and was looking for something different from what I usually buy, yet still age appropriate. The people working in the store were quite accommodating and provided excellent service finding alternate sizes and suggesting other items to work with what I selected. There was no sales pressure, just helpful ideas. Thank you.
