I am local to the area and have often passed the Shoe Room and thought it looked extremely attractive, unusual selection of shoes, etc.. We recently made an enquiry regarding a particular brand and style and found their telephone manner brusque to say the least. The gentleman who answered the phone practically hung up on us. Suffice to say, we will not be crossing the threshold! How disappointing.
