After placing an order online, I still have not received it over 5 weeks later. After sending 2 e-mails, which no-one replied to and ringing twice, I was told the manager would investigate and ring me back. This still has not happened.

A great stock of shoes, boots and bags. However that is where the positives ended for me. The salesman was really not helpful and clueless. The "boss" as he was referred to was not helpful either! I won't go back again. I didn't buy anything and wasn't remotely tempted to add business to this shop. Normally I am a good and regular customer to shops in this area.
