I have used J & A over the past 6 years for buying, selling, cleaning and alterations to my jewellery. I have always received good, sound, honest advice and great service. The staff are unpretentious and down to earth and happy to help with any enquiry. More importantly their prices are very reasonable. When selling, I have received more from J & A for my jewellery than others have offered in the area. Would always recommend.

My fiancé bought both her platinum diamond engagement ring and plain wedding band here. My Fiancé dealt with J & A during the engagement ring purchase and I the wedding ring. We both found that their initial service for both purchases was poor- they don’t come across very professional. However, their prices and finished products are OUTSTANDING. They go above and beyond with their craftsmanship. We had both rings custom made and I can’t praise their work and value for money enough.

They charge a lot less than others in Hatton Gardens. Will definitely recommend going in to see them first.

Great service by this place. They were very helpful and did a good job with our wedding rings. Stone fallen out but pretty sure they will do replace it without problems.

Saw the perfect engagement ring here and the gentlemen Irv serving was great. Also got the wedding rings here and recommended them to my mate Steve who also used them for his wedding rings. Subsequently had small stones set in engagement ring for both of our sons and done a few ring cleans and just perfect service. Have had the small stone set in fall out! pretty quickly but they had no quibbles about replacing without charge. Spot on place.
