I have used them before fine but just rang to ask them if they could repair earrings made of gold-tone brass and was told rather snootily that they 'don't fix costume jewellery'. Strange, as I'm pretty sure they sell steel earrings etc, and there was just no need for that dismissiveness- a simple "No, only gold and silver" would have been fine to explain the policy. I am very put off by this attitude, which feels unnecessarily snobby. I'll look for somewhere else in future.

I visited the shop recently looking for inspiration for a gift for a friend's milestone birthday. The staff were so very helpful and the choice was amazing. I came away with a beautifully gift-wrapped present. Thank you so much for all your help - I know my friend is going to be thrilled!!

I went here with my grandma last year to purchase an repair. She was then quoted a completely different price to the original price. The sales staff are very rude and aggressive. I wrote a complaint but had no response.

I agree with the staff being efficient and helpful. I had my clock repaired at Kembles but didn't expect it to take 8 weeks but saying that I had visited many other places who were unsuccessful in repairing it, so overall pleased.

Excellent customer service. The manager Stephanie was helping me choose our wedding rings. We had to wait a week for them to be ready but it was worth the wait. recommended.

Always get my watch battery changed here. They also provide water pressure. Very reasonably priced compared to the likes of Selfridges and Debenhams.

Very helpful jewellers. I had my Grandma's ring made to fit me. They even polished it at no extra cost. Staff are very helpful.

Have to agree. They're really professional, polished helpful, quick and good at what they do. And for a place that obviously likes to pride itself on being smart and a cut-above, they're not snobby either.

I've been going to Kemble Jewellers for 12yrs and found them really helpful. They do the things multiple jewellers cant like quick jewellery repairs. They carry a good selection of stock and the staff are good.
