My Fiance Sean and I have been visiting Alex for years, we have bought numerous pieces of jewellery and watches from him and these are to the highest quality. Alex is so helpful and friendly, wouldn't think to go to another jewellers in Hatton Garden, this is the best value for money by far!! Kelly

Alex is the man when you want the truth or any insight into anything brought or sold. Purchased my Cartier from him 6 years ago and never had a problem. Also going to visit to get my wife a watch, sure Al will look after me.

been shopping here since 2001 and its the best value for money and service in london for high quality watches and jewelry and the service from Alex and the guys are top class.

A great shop
I have been shopping here for some 10 years and even though there are other shops in and araound the hatton garden area I have found this one to be the most helpfull and value for money
wether I was selling or buying .
the family orientated atmosphere really put me at ease when buying watches, braclets or earings for the kids
I find them very knowledgeable and alwsys have time for the customer .well worth a vist
I bought my 1st enngagement ring here and shes still with me 3 kids later ;-) .

Gave a few pieces to be altered, but really not a good job at all. Also they give you their card with telephone number on it but in spite of at least five guys being there on every occasion that we have visited, no-one can be bothered to answer the phone! In view of the very poor quality of the work we feel very let down. DParsons

Interesting shop, exceptional selection of the finest watches on the market place today all priced to sell, from a group of guys that look like they'd lift your wallet, looks can be deceiving, all in all a good experience.
