Best shop in Hatton garden , by far had the most variety of jewellery. Able to get a second hand Tiffany and co ring that sells for over £10k in Tiffany’s for £6k! , relaxed atmosphere

Recently purchased an engagement ring and necklace for my fiancée, she was absolutely ecstatic about it, returned for resizing and I can’t thank the staff there enough, they did everything for me without fuss and got it back the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding the most important purchase of my life to date, thank you so much

After buying an engagement ring from this shop and having a problem when it had bent out of shape and two diamonds had fallen out after work was done to resize the ring . I was told that the damaged caused was my fault, instead of accepting blame for their poor craftsmanship I was forced to have reports done to prove that the work done on the ring had made it not fit for purpose.

2 months later and after finally getting the report that proved the poor work done on resizing the ring had caused the damage they finally accepted the blame and remade the ring. My engagement was ruined by this shop, My fiancée was in tears at not being able to show off her ring and during the most important time of my life this shop caused me no end of stress in what should of been the happiest time for me and my fiancée. Save your self the time hassle and go somewhere with a better reputation. If I could give it 0 out of 10 for service it would still be too high.
