Try to avoid this shop; otherwise at least be very very cautious with them.
We ordered from there 4 bridesmaids dresses. The good thing is that you can mix and match styles and colours, which is very useful if the bridesmaids have a very different taste (our case) or shape. The dresses are pretty, and the fabrics are decent too. The Dessy group makes the dresses though, so you can get them from other shops in London (which I would doubtlessly do if I had to buy them again)

I went to Reflections as my first bridal appointment. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't make me feel rushed and worked in my budget, also suggesting gowns that I might like. Felt like I was there with good friends, rather than sales assistants, and there was no extreme sales pressure like you find in other shops. Highly recommend!
