My phone was lost or stolen yesterday so I had to visit the Islington shop. They were absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful, even though I couldn't remember my security answer! Cameron gave me a very good deal and he even stayed behind after the shop closed. I would also like to mention Mohammed and Alex, who went out of their way to help me. I would thoroughly recommend this shop to anyone.

Im surprised this store gets low ratings- maybe it was past staff- as Ive been twice in the last 18 months both times in disaster mode (Once phone broken, once stolen) and they couldnt have been more helpful. Today it was Tam, not sure who t was last tie a youngish woman. Of course its better to avoid lunch time or late pm when its busy but even then, great service.

The Angel store is much better than the Holloway Road one -- but that's not saying much. Some of the Angel staff seem keen to help and they did what they could for me. The line to the O2 central number is never answered for them so they seem to be working under difficult conditions.
Avoid the Holloway road store at all costs -- they messed up my upgrade and then told me I had to wait 72 hours for it to be fixed. Whereas at Angel they genuinely tried to get my upgrade sorted efficiently. It went wront (again) and I was without service, but they did seem willing to try and sort it out quickly.

They provided very poor customer service and unhelpful . Most of the staffs were very rude to every customers and I will never go back there again . It was my first and last time . Sorry to say that but to improve that store you will need the whole new team.

I was quite disappointed of the service provided in-store. I expected higher standards of a communicative brand like O2. But I must say that I've received the worst service ever in O2 Angel. The man attending me was disrespectful, unwilling to help and lazy. I´ll try to avoid this store in future as it's of no use going there.

Indeed, they don't answer their phone, and the two times I went their for help or changing my preferences, they asked me to "go online to make my changes". Hello? Customer service anyone? I'm right there, in front of you...

There was another time when they asked me to go in another store...because they were closing in 10 minutes. I was shocked; they still had time to help...

I find them quite lazy, and their attitude is quite contrary to the *communication* products and services they sell.

O2 on Tottenham Court Road offers a much better service...just hope they were closer.

They seem to a team that cannot communicate and don't want to talk to customers - avoid.

They are polite and helpful in the shop but never answer the phone!
