Really really unhelpful guy at the desk. It was a really simple job of making long postcards from jpegs that we'd created. He wouldn't listen to what we were saying about how we wanted it printed and made a huge complication about what was a very straightforward job. He was rude and a jobsworth - ridiculous person to have dealing with customers - we took our custom elsewhere.
