Great service, quick, efficient and good value

I've been using Hanway Print Centre for years for all sort of different jobs, work and private. It's quick & friendly and good quality.

We've been using Hanway since we moved to the area a couple of years ago. For the last 6 months we've had a regular weekly print job which they turn round for us in a few hours at very competitive rates. I always find them extremely kind, helpful and efficient and find it hard to believe that the negative reviews on here are talking about the same place!

I went into the shop to print a word document, I needed it printed so that the background would come out yellow. They refused to do it, even though all they had to do was click a box in the printer options when they printed it, they simply refused, said it had to be pdf or nothing. I was shocked by their refusal as it was such a simple request. The girl at the front and an older lady who appeared started talking about my issue as if it was some an impossible task that they wouldn't do unless I paid their experts to do for me! I left completely confused and annoyed! bad attitudes from all staf

These guys are GREAT. Very efficient. Very friendly. Good stock in house.

I was delighted with the service at Hanway. My request was dealt with by a great assistant, Jay. Although it was only a small job she made me feel like she really cared about the quality of my work & went out of her way to deliver excellent customer service in a short time-frame. Really really unhelpful guy at the desk. It was a really simple job of making long postcards from jpegs that we'd created. He wouldn't listen to what we were saying about how we wanted it printed and made a huge complication about what was a very straightforward job. He was rude and a jobsworth - ridiculous person to have dealing with customers - we took our custom elsewhere.

don't even bother trying to work with Hanway printers. They couldn't answer a simple question re leadtimes and when pushed put the phone down. Terrible attitude, misleading price inofrmation on their website.

How strange Hanway print gets any bad reviews! I stumbled on Hanway by accident and was only spending a few pence with them, i was treated Amazingly well by the 2 staff who helped me. on the back of such nice service I returned and have spent hundreds with them on Digital and Lithographic print runs. It showed me a pro set up that cared about the small customer. They had No idea i would return with large orders!!!
I was even given a software lesson on InDesign CS4 by a great young graphic designer in their studio when i needed to know how to get round a problem. 100% Good. Some people I think can NEVER be pleased.....

I've joined All In London specifically to write this review as I'm so disgusted in the service of the above company. It has been conveniently close for me to chose and also provided the services I require for my business. Not only have I been overcharged for inks in the past, (more than Rymans), I have in one day had to return to the shop 3 times because I had been wrongly sold paper for my printing needs... i have an epson printer, which isn't difficult to assess compatibility. EVERY time I have required something from Hanway they have done it badly, had to reprint, have not included in my purchase and charging for it. I could go on. But i shall not be continuing my business with them, as they are rude, uncompromising, inefficient and overpriced!!!

In contrast to the previous review, I have only had and heard from others of great service,
printing and prices from Hanway Print Centre.
This place is a cornerstone in Islington!!
If you need something printed or advice I could think of nowhere more professional,
good value or helpful to meet your dead lines.

The young and unprofessional woman behind the counter needs a major attitude adjustment. I was shocked by her hostile manner in regards to my simple print request. I decided to print it on my own than give business to such a horrible establishment.
