Always unfailingly courteous. Efficient. Absolutely can
leave all in their hands to take care of as they are first
rate at their job. Everyone is efficient, sympathetic and kind. You pay a little more than a Post Office of course
for this excellent service as well you should !!!

When my husband and I lived in London between 1997 - 2003, the owner and staff of this Mailbox etc store in South Kensington, became very good friends. The owner and staff became great friends as a result of the excellent service they provided. Every staff member was professional and made the process of shipping documents and gifts to family and friends back in the USA an excellent experience. They never lost a package and treated every shipment as if it were their own. Whenever I go to my local store here in the USA, I always reflect on this South Kensington shop and our good friend, owner, Peter Fava. Hoping he is doing well! Very best regards, Micky and Bud Moore
