What an incredibly difficult time for me when my Mother died. As I didn't realise it was a family tradition to use France & Son at Cally Road when someone died. I unfortunately arranged my Mother to be collected by another Funeral Director's. When family member's told me of my error, I contacted France & Son. Not only did they arrange collection of Mum, but I had 3 wishes to fulfil. One was that she was buried by a certain date. Two that she could come home before being received into the church. Three my Husband helped carry my Mum. All of which were carried out without question, no request was too great or too small. The staff were amazing from start to finish, from Nicolas who helped me arrange it, to the Pall Bearers.
A totally professional yet compassionate service.
When my time comes I know who will be taking me to meet my maker .........
