Formosa Laundry & Cleaning

Very disappointing.
We were strongly discouraged from doing our own washing, since there was a long queue of loads pending, and only two machines in order, so were persuaded to use the "full service", which includes wash, dry and fold, for £12 - pay in advance, collect next day.
Clothes were not ready the next day.
Two days later we collected damp, badly folded (albeit clean) clothes.
Had to hang them to dry and fold them again.
What's the point of paying for someone else to do it??
Very annoying. Not going back.

Not a bad laundry, under new management now according to the sign outside. Bit scruffy, 1 yr old tatty magazines, that kind of thing. When I went they only had 2 washing machines actually working, out of 5. And had to wait a while, but the lady behind the counter says there is a plan to get them fixed. Washing machines small type, 3.40 a load, takes 27 mins (once you get a machine). Change available, 3 out of 4 dryers working. They do service washes, dry cleaning, repairs and duvets. A nice pub over the road and coffee place next door 'Toast' if you don't fancy waiting in the laundry. Hopefully will get itself sorted, look fwd to reading future reviews so see how it changes under 'new mgt'. Lady behind counter a bit grumpy, possibly having to constantly deal with people like me complaining about only 2 working machines :-)
