Aristocat

A few months ago I took a beige coat to Aristocat which didn't have any stain but just needed to be cleaned because I'd been wearing it for the whole season. When I had it back, it didn't have a clean scent nor looked cleaner, but I didn't give it much importance. Today I picked up a blazer (that I have to wear for a job interview on Monday morning) which again didn't have any stain but had a sweaty smell. The blazer hasn't been cleaned, the odour is still there and even if you smell other parts of it you can notice that it smells like city/smoke/pollution... so definitely it hasn't been cleaned or at least not properly (but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been cleaned at all).

I'm totally disappointed, my blazer is in the washing machine and hopefully it won't get ruined.

Not recommended at all!

I have recently picked up my skirt that was accidentally left with this drycleaners for a year. They were to fix my zip which they did very well. However, I now have an £100 suit skirt with a new zip but it was eaten by moths and now has holes in it. When I called them to tell them, the owner said that the moths must have come from my wardrobe and she was very unhelpful. I won't be using them again.
