If I could give zero rating I would! I brought my down jacket to be dry clean. The feathers were missing on a patch arm, so the guy placed it in the dry machine, when he took it out the jacket had all over stains.

They ruined my jacket, the hood cord 'rings' came off, they "fixed" it -what a sloppy job they did! please look at the picture. The last pic is my jacket cord before. Only got home to see they have not fixed it inside - such a poor business and cutomer service.

Stay away from them!
It is a waste of my time to go back and argue as they take you as a stupid. Guy was saying 'stains are from rain', no sir, from your drying machine!

I highly do not recomand Valit Vite dry cleaner service in Fulham.
