Fabric Care

Had several items of clothing repaired and altered here. Asked for everything ranging from button replacement to re-hemming a skirt to repairing rips in my favourite Levi jeans. Everything was done exactly how I wanted it, for a great price, and the customer service was excellent! I couldn't recommend this place enough; will definitely be going back when I need something else done.

Avoid at all cost. I took an expensive jacket with a stain. Was returned damaged by discolouration. No apology no compensation no refund for the cost of the dry cleaning. Lack of customer care and completely useless as a dry cleaners.

Not a great experience. Am a member and got my favourite coat back from Fabric Care the other day covered in blue ink as pen left in the lining pretty much ruined but still had to pay the £20 for the repairs! Not the first time stuff has been damaged. Shame as they have been good in the past but can't recommend.

Don't normally write reviews but wanted to write one after dealing with Fabric Care. The level of customer service was outstanding and the staff went to extra effort to get a particually tricky stain out of my dress. I would definatly recommend and will be going here again.

I have continually been very impressed with the team at fabric care. Friendly efficient service at a very reasonable price. I used to live at the bottom of the road so it made sense to go but I have now moved 4 miles away and still use them!
