Classic Clean

Never again. Wish I read the reviews before taking a Max Mara leather skirt for amendments. Completely ruined. Tailor called to clarify amendments - which were clearly written down incorrectly - I asked not to do anything until I come by next time and show in person. But he went ahead anyway, destroyed the pleats, side pockets are now on the back. The shop assistant blamed me for giving him incorrect instructions, did not offer a refund, suggested I wear it as is. Too upset to go back to argue, skirt can't be saved anyway. Avoid at all cost.

Appalling service and terrible tailoring. Requested to get a dress mended and the stitching was a joke. It looked like it was done by a child, with all the stitching uneven, in a different colour to the dress, and therefore clearly visible at the back. Never again!

This dry cleaning establishment is nothing more then rubbish. You pay over the top for rude service and they close the store when they feel like it!! Collect after work (17:00)site says 19:30 closing time!! Nope it's shut at 17:05!!! Then 6pm the next day???

The staff were very rude. I had a dress tailored (I had the lining turned up) and dry cleaned. The cleaning was good, but the tailoring was not. When I tried on the dress the lining was poking out at the bottom - as a result of them turning it up. I went back in to ask them to fix this. They refused and were extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again and I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful staff who are working in such an environment. I am contacting the management to make a formal complaint.
