Brought a leather shirt for a simple tailoring - went back twice and been passed information from the tailor why they thought it shouldn't be done a certain way. Annoying but fair enough! What's getting me though is that the shirt was just thrown over the edge of a staircase in the shop with other stuff piled on. The leather is a very soft material and now there is about a 3 inch round stretch bump in the leather - infuriating. Also, went for collection a number of times because the shop had been closed 20 min before the advertised closing time twice.
The guy doesn't take ownership of anything - didn't apologize for short nor about flakey store opening
