Should try and open at advertised times. Should move away from cash-only. Should brush up on customer service and appropriate front-of-shop interaction. Should keep to their commitments regarding when dry cleaning is ready. Should accept responsibility when they make mistakes. Should plan in advance for Christmas!

I have been to pick up my clothes three times from this place and they are always closed when they should be open. I call the number and the woman is very unhelpful and rude. So frustrating. Once I get my clothes back I'll never use again!!

GOOD CLEANING ABSOLUTELY DIRE OPENING TIMES
It is sad, this little drycleaners does a really good job with their cleaning and repair service, however they should really learn to open at the times stated on their door and in their ads..... My daughter was devastated that the dress she wanted to wear for a special evening on 11.09.15 could not be collected because yet again the shop was closed with no reason as to why. This is NOT the first time. Such a shame.

Worst dry "cleaners" ever experienced! Took a dress and a blazer and when I collected them they were still dirty and stained. The lady was extremely rude and was having a go at me when I pointed that there a still stains on my items. I cannot recommend this place at all.

My boyfriend droped off a pair if trousers and five short dresses and was told that it would be £34.50. With the dresses at £6 per dress. I went to pick the clothes up and was told that it was now £9 a dress as they were long. I tried to show her that they were short dresses but her reply was "yes but these will cost you £9". I tried everything I could but eventually I had had enough so I payed the full price. Never going here again! Dishonest, unreasonable, avoid.

I got three items drycleaned with A Class Dry Cleaners over a month ago, two came back and one "went missing" - I have been in numerous times to get to the bottom of it and they keep giving me excuses and telling me they will call me, which they have never done. I would suggest that anyone steers clear of them unless you do not mind losing your clothes!

If an item is missing, which is a rare case, we will pay the cost of the item. If we find the missing item, we will return to its owner as soon as we can. I am sure you have already collected your missing item. There is nothing to get to the bottom of it. Our customers do mind losing their clothes as we do mind losing our customers. We take our customer's concerns very seriously, and continue to provide the best service as possibly can. Well, we all know that it is practically impossible to make some customers happy.
