I wish I'd seen the reviews on destroying clothes before I learned the hard way. Took a load down and was surprised to find everything 1 or 2 sizes smaller upon return after dry cleaning. Awful service and the man in the shop (as I've seen from other reviews) was almost threatening when I brought it up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I took 3 pairs of trousers to be dry cleaned, each costing £150 and they shrunk them to the point they are unwearable. I've had these trousers dry cleaned a number of times with no issues anywhere else, and yet I couldn't even fit any of the 3 pairs on after collection. When I went back down there, the owner said 'well it wasn't us' as if they'd shrunk on the way back/to the dry cleaners and was pretty rude, considering the situation. If you value your clothes never use this dry cleaners as they will ruin your clothes and take no responsibility.
